Khaadi Pakistan Ltd, a fashion retailer, intends to go public next month through an offering of shares, according to Business Recorder, which cited Bloomberg. The targeted amount falls in a range of Rs6.2 billion to Rs8.3 billion, with the proceeds earmarked for widening its network of retail outlets. Arif Habib Ltd serves as financial advisor on the transaction, the report said.
Weaves Corp. is the parent of Khaadi, and the International Finance Corporation, which is part of the World Bank Group, holds a minority stake in that parent. Pakistan remains its core market, with further operations in the UAE, the UK and the US. The report also noted that in May 2024 the brand was named Retail Brand of the Year at the Hum Style Awards.
The offering arrives as the PSX describes its capital market as gaining momentum. A June 2026 exchange statement cited 13 new listings and an average return of 47%.
