Treet Corporation Limited: performance and outlook

Business Recorder reported that Treet Corporation Limited (PSX: TREET) lifted standalone net revenue 10.1 percent in FY26 to Rs13.86 billion, with most of the gain coming from home sales. Domestic revenue climbed roughly 19 percent on higher volumes, a better sales mix and stronger commercial execution. Blade volumes grew 5.5 percent, reaching 1,543 million units. Exports were softer, as the company deliberately revised pricing to repair thin export margins.

Gross profit grew 20.5 percent, outpacing sales, and gross margin widened to about 40 percent from 36.5 percent. Operating profit rose about 25 percent, lifting operating margin to 11.9 percent, compared with 10.5 percent last year. Finance costs fell roughly 36 percent, helped by lower borrowing, lower interest rates and proceeds from the partial divestment of Treet Battery Limited shares. Profit before tax rose about 23 percent, yet profit after tax grew only 2 percent because tax charges almost doubled, leaving net margin at 7.7 percent versus 8.3 percent before.

The report describes the standalone outlook as positive, with higher domestic volumes, better margins, lower finance costs and a wider grooming range including Genesis and Estela heading into FY27. Export focus is shifting toward sustainable margins, new distributors and GCC modern-trade opportunities. The main tests ahead are restoring export growth and scaling premium brands without eroding the margin gains of FY26.
