Mettis Global reported that the Petroleum Division under the Ministry of Energy has revised ex-depot rates for petroleum products. Petrol goes up by Rs2.10 a litre to Rs392.76, while high-speed diesel rises by Rs0.30 to Rs399.64. The new figures replace the earlier rates of Rs390.66 for petrol and Rs399.34 for diesel, as recorded on October 2, 2026.
