Noventra (LOTCHEM) profit surges nearly six-fold to Rs5bn in 9MCY26

Mettis Global reported that Noventra Limited, formerly LOTTE Chemical Pakistan Limited, posted a profit after taxation of Rs4.85bn in the nine months to September 30, 2026. That figure is roughly six times the Rs835.87m recorded a year earlier. Earnings per share, on a basic and diluted basis, went up to Rs3.20 from Rs0.55.

The improvement was mainly driven by a wider gross margin and other income that rose to about nine times its earlier level. Gross profit climbed to Rs6.12bn from Rs2.35bn as cost of sales went down 1.96 per cent. Higher finance charges, operating costs and taxes partly offset those gains.

Net revenue from customer contracts rose 4.35 per cent to Rs63.18bn, compared with Rs60.54bn a year earlier. Operating profit climbed past three times the prior figure to Rs4.66bn, and other income reached Rs4.09bn. Profit before tax, after levies, came to Rs7.91bn, while the tax charge stood at Rs3.06bn.
