Lotte Chemical Pakistan changes name to Noventra Limited

Lotte Chemical Pakistan has officially become Noventra Limited, effective October 5, 2026, according to Profit by Pakistan Today, which cited a notice the company filed with the Pakistan Stock Exchange. The switch was preceded by a communication dated August 31, 2026, and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has now issued a certificate recording the new name. Under that certificate, the firm must show its former name next to the new one on its offices, specified documents and notices for 90 days.
On September 22, shareholders approved the rename and also agreed to double the authorised share capital to Rs40 billion. The firm added that its website will be available at noventra.ltd after the change.
The business was incorporated on 30 May 1998 under the Companies Ordinance, 1984, which was repealed when the Companies Act, 2017 came into force. Its main activity is making and selling Pure Terephthalic Acid (PTA).
