The Board also appointed Ms. Sultana Siddiqui as Chairperson of the Board with immediate effect to fill the vacant chairmanship position following the demise of Late Mr. Mazhar-ul-Haq Siddiqui.
The board meeting originally scheduled for a previous date has been rescheduled.
