HUM Network Limited announced that it credited its interim cash dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share (50%) for the year ending June 30, 2026 into shareholders’ designated bank accounts on May 21, 2026. The Board also appointed Ms. Sultana Siddiqui as Chairperson of the Board with immediate effect to fill the vacant chairmanship position following the demise of Late Mr. Mazhar-ul-Haq Siddiqui.
The board meeting originally scheduled for a previous date has been rescheduled.
