Mettis Global reported that Security Papers Limited, listed on the PSX as SEPL, has finished upgrading its Paper Machine 2 and that the plant resumed regular activity and output effective September 30, 2026. The company made the disclosure in a formal notice to the exchange that cites the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1 of the PSX Rule Book.
