Zuma Resources Limited (PSX:ZUMA) has approved the purchase of 100% ownership of the sim.market brand, to be carried out through its wholly owned UK subsidiary, Zuma Global Ltd. According to Mettis Global, the board signed off on the move during a meeting on October 2, 2026, as stated in a filing made with the PSX.
The board also gave the chief executive authority to negotiate and finalise the terms, covering the purchase consideration, the handling of receivables, assets and liabilities, and the transfer of business rights. The package spans the brand and trademark rights, the domain name, the website and platform, goodwill, intellectual property, and commercial rights tied to the business.
The platform at www.sim.market provides eSIM and digital connectivity for travel and global use across several markets.
