Zuma Resources approves 100% acquisition of international eSIM platform sim.market
Profit by Pakistan Today • • 1 min read

Zuma Resources Limited has approved the purchase of full ownership of sim.market, an international eSIM and digital connectivity platform, in a disclosure filed with the PSX on Monday. The board made the decision at its October 2, 2026 meeting, and the deal will run through the company's wholly owned UK subsidiary. The purchase would cover the sim.market brand, trademark, domain, website, platform rights, goodwill, intellectual property and other business assets.
Zuma Global Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary, was incorporated on September 18, 2026, in England and Wales to run the group's technology and telecom activities abroad. Earlier, the company agreed a partnership with Telna North America, Inc. to support eSIM and physical SIM rollout, and it has now begun talks with Ofcom, the UK communications regulator, ahead of offering these services. Annual revenue of $3 million to $5 million was projected by Zuma for the early stage of the telecom rollout, though this depends on regulatory clearances and commercial execution.
The company has not disclosed the value of the deal, and the board has authorised the chief executive to settle the price and structure. The board's decision moves the deal forward, but the final price and structure are still being negotiated. Zuma will publish further updates on finalising the deal and any other major developments as rules require.
