Lotte Chemical Pakistan changes name to Noventra Limited

Lotte Chemical Pakistan Limited, which trades on the PSX under the ticker LOTCHEM, is now known as Noventra Limited, with the new name effective from October 5, 2026. Mettis Global reported that the change follows an earlier company disclosure made on August 31, 2026.

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has issued a certificate of incorporation covering the amended company name, the company said in its filing on the PSX. As part of the rebranding, the firm's website will shift to a new noventra.ltd address. The company has also asked the exchange to pass the update on to TRE certificate holders.

The sequence of steps, from the August disclosure to the SECP certificate and the website change, is recorded in the company's filing with the exchange. The report does not set out any other changes to the company's operations.
