Fatima Fertilizer ranked first in the Human Rights section of the UN Global Compact Network Pakistan (GCNP) Sustainability Awards 2026, according to The Express Tribune. The honour was given for the company's ethical conduct, inclusive approach and efforts to improve life for its staff, agricultural partners and local residents.
The company's sustainability journey dates to November 2024, when it became the first private-sector entity in Pakistan to commit to the UNDP SDG Impact Framework. Under that framework, it has linked its activities with 15 of the SDGs and 49 targets spread across eight areas of priority impact.
