McCormick, the US flavourings and food company, has said it plans to take control of Unilever Pakistan Foods by buying at least 76.55% of its shares. The proposal covers 4,876,294 shares, currently held by Conopco, and was disclosed in a filing to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on October 21, 2026.
