At its 44th Annual General Meeting held on 9 October 2026, SPEL shareholders adopted the audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026, approved a final cash dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share (10%), and appointed RSM Avais Hyder Liaquat Nauman as statutory auditors for financial year 2026–27.
