SPEL Limited resubmits Shariah disclosures for half year ended December 31, 2025
SPEL Limited informed PSX that it is resubmitting the Shariah disclosures required under Clause VII of Part I of Schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2017 for the half year ended December 31, 2025. The company noted that the disclosures had already been included in its half-yearly financial statements and that the resubmission is being made to satisfy the specific disclosure requirements of PSX Notice No. PSX/N-435 dated April 17, 2026.
