SPEL Limited reported FY2026 net profit of Rs. 1.136 billion, down from Rs. 1.253 billion, and EPS of Rs. 5.99 versus Rs. 6.60 in FY2025. Revenue, gross profit and operating profit also declined year over year. The board recommended a final cash dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share, in addition to the Rs. 0.50 interim dividend already paid. The AGM is scheduled for 9 October 2026.
