Mitchell's Fruit Farms Limited (PSX: MFFL) more than doubled its profit for the year ended June 30, 2026, according to Mettis Global, lifting it to Rs3.34m from Rs1.67m a year earlier. Earnings per share moved up to Rs0.14 from Rs0.07 in FY25. The improvement rested largely on other income, which climbed to Rs278.61m from Rs13.56m and cushioned weaker core operations.

These higher overheads pushed the company into an operating loss of Rs13.49m, against an operating profit of Rs180.29m a year before.
Finance costs fell 25% to Rs64.42m, and profit before minimum tax differential came to Rs33.96m. A net tax credit of Rs7.76m, compared with a tax charge of Rs19.41m in the previous year, lifted the final figure back to a Rs3.34m profit.
