Cnergyico PK Limited (PSX: CNERGY) told the Pakistan Stock Exchange on October 7, 2026 that a 70.73% holding, previously held by Bosicorco International Limited of Mauritius, has now passed to Busientco International Pte. Ltd. of Singapore, its wholly owned holding company. Mettis Global reported that the company filed the notice after being informed of the change.
Legal grounds cited for the filing are sections 96 and 131 of the 2015 securities law and clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX rules. Formalities are under way to replace BIL Mauritius with Busientco on the books of the Central Depository Company (CDC) and at the share registrar. It has further requested that the PSX circulate this notice among TREC holders. The filing was issued as a formal notification to the exchange.
