METTIS GLOBAL • • 1 min read

Bank Alfalah reported consolidated profit after tax of Rs30.37 billion for the nine months to September 30, 2026, up 41.94% from Rs21.40 billion a year earlier, according to Mettis Global. Earnings per share rose 42.04% to Rs9.63. The bank also declared a third interim cash dividend of Rs1.5 per share, equivalent to 30%, bringing the cumulative payout for the period to 90%.
Higher non-markup income helped lift total income 11.40% to Rs150.86 billion, with securities gains increasing 74.07% to Rs17.51 billion and foreign exchange income rising 30.57% to Rs11.67 billion. Net interest income grew 5.54%, while a reversal of credit loss allowances supported profit; higher operating costs and tax partly offset those gains.
