PSO renews fuel supply deal with Attock Refinery until 2030
Profit by Pakistan Today • • 1 min read

PSO’s board has approved extending its fuel supply arrangement with Attock Refinery Limited (ARL) through June 2030, with higher monthly allocations for several products. The five-year deal covers July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2030, and follows negotiations over commercial and operating terms, Profit by Pakistan Today reported. Monthly gasoline volumes are set at 14,000 to 16,000 tonnes, up from 12,000 to 15,000 tonnes, while MTT supply rises to 250 to 300 tonnes from 50 to 100 tonnes.
The renewed terms also set a monthly Jet A-1 supply range of 9,000 to 11,000 tonnes and add procedures to verify product quality and delivered volumes. These include independent meter checks every three months, agreed methods for resolving differences between meter and tank readings, and PSO’s right to observe sampling and request laboratory tests. The board authorised PSO’s chief executive or a representative to sign the addendum; the revised terms had earlier been recommended by its Supply Chain Committee and endorsed by its Management Committee.
