Engro Holdings has finished buying back 36,231,994 ordinary shares, equal to about 3.009% of its issued and paid-up capital, Mettis Global reported on October 26, 2026. The repurchase window ended on October 25, after opening on May 7, and the shares were acquired through the Pakistan Stock Exchange at prevailing market rates.
