NetSol Technologies Limited posted consolidated net earnings of Rs326.64 million for the three months to September 30, 2026, up from Rs74.73 million a year earlier, Mettis Global reported. Basic earnings per share rose to Rs3.77 from Rs0.88, while diluted earnings per share reached Rs3.74 compared with Rs0.86.
Revenue increased 6.7% to Rs2.71 billion, but the cost of revenue fell 13.7% to Rs1.35 billion. This lifted gross profit 39.3% to Rs1.36 billion and expanded the gross margin to 50.27% from 38.49%; operating profit more than doubled to Rs480.55 million. Higher administrative and other operating expenses partially offset the improvement, while finance costs and final taxes declined.
The results cover NetSol’s first quarter of FY27, and no income tax charge was recorded for the period. For investors following Pakistan’s listed technology companies, the earnings growth and stronger gross margin are key measures of NetSol’s quarterly performance.
