AdalFi plans to launch an initial public offering next month, seeking as much as Rs652 million through new shares on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, Profit by Pakistan Today reported, citing Bloomberg. The digital lending platform, a subsidiary of Techlogix, says it will use the proceeds to grow its Islamic financing and small-business lending services.
AdalFi works with banks, using artificial intelligence and customer transaction data to assess borrowers and help identify people eligible for financing. Its proposed listing comes as several firms pursue public offerings in 2026; the report links greater IPO activity to improving economic conditions, increased liquidity, lower interest rates and stronger investor sentiment. AdalFi raised $7.5 million in a 2023 funding round led by COTU Ventures and Chimaera Ventures, with other investors also participating.
