Hinopak Motors Limited, listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange as HINO, reported net profit of Rs541.253 million for 2026, up 234.20 percent year on year, according to Business Recorder. Sales rose 6.43 percent to Rs11,001.47 million, while earnings per share reached Rs21.82. The company assembles and sells Hino trucks and buses, along with related parts and accessories.
The improvement followed a difficult 2024, when HINO recorded a net loss, and a return to profit in 2025. In the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, however, sales declined 17.25 percent to Rs3,278.13 million and net profit fell 49.69 percent to Rs209.689 million, as truck and bus volumes decreased. Business Recorder attributed higher costs during the quarter to elevated energy prices and supply-chain disruption.
