Pakistan State Oil PSO has received board approval to renew its petroleum supply arrangement with Attock Refinery Limited ATRL through June 2030. The agreement covers the period from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2030.
| Product | Allocation |
|---|---|
| Motor gasoline | 14,000-16,000 metric tonnes |
| MTT | 250-300 tonnes |

The motor gasoline range compares with 12,000-15,000 tonnes under the previous arrangement. The revised terms also set a formal monthly range for Jet A-1 aviation fuel and increase the MTT allocation from 50-100 tonnes.
The agreement adds procedures for checking delivered volumes and product quality. These include allowing products to settle for at least 24 hours before delivery, standardising volume calculations and requiring independent meter checks every three months. PSO representatives may observe sampling and have products tested before loading.
PSO's Supply Chain Committee recommended the revised terms in November 2025, and its Management Committee endorsed them in February 2026. After a management meeting in March, the proposal was referred for board approval. PSO closed at Rs362.83 on Wednesday, October 28.
