Avanceon Limited held its 23rd Annual General Meeting on 23 May 2026 and approved the annual accounts, reappointed auditors, declared a final cash dividend of Rs. 1.00 per share, re-elected seven directors for a three-year term, increased authorized capital, and approved conversion of a long-term receivable from its Qatar subsidiary into equity investment.
