PIAHCLAPIA Holding Company LtdPIA Holding Company Limited announced that the consortium led by Arif Habib Corporation Limited has given notice of intent to acquire the remaining 25% equity stake in Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited (PIACL). The management control is expected to transfer on or before May 25, 2026, subject to fulfillment of conditions precedent under the Share Purchase and Subscription Agreement.
