Financial Result

Sanghar Sugar Mills Limited announced its condensed interim financial results for the six months ended March 31, 2026. The company posted profit after tax of Rs85.354 million versus Rs44.149 million in the comparable period last year, despite lower sales. The board recommended no cash dividend, bonus shares, or rights issue. The announcement also highlights an auditor emphasis matter regarding non-provision of Rs391.668 million related to sugar cane purchase price difference for the 2017-18 season, with the case stated as pending before the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
