Do cost average for now and remember don't buy a stock at all time high don't get this fomo of missing out get over you if you see a stock like this which is going up up and you feel missing it out than its already too late if you buy a new share first look at the graph of that share of 1 year and see where the share price is for most of the time it will be easy and buy at that price .

Today they shared transmission of report in it it was written that rent from property increased 10% but EPS only rose to 0.67 from 0.66 as of last quarter due to high admin renovation costs Maybe it is the reason also big investors were already discouraging to accumulate DCR now because it has no future like its not a factory that may install solar plants and cut its cost just rental income so as this report was circulated people panicked and sold it because they would have assumed or thought that with rising inflation and construction DCR profitability or Dividend will be effected because everyone including me who purchased DCR over looked and thought that its dividend yield will increase 10% as increase in rental income yearly if this is effected by inflation so there is no purpose of holding it.
