The State Bank of Pakistan’s foreign exchange holdings climbed by $39 million to $21.56 billion in the week ending October 30, 2026, Business Recorder reported, citing central bank data. The SBP gave the more precise figure as $21,561.2 million, compared with $21.52 billion in the preceding week ended October 23. The latest weekly increase followed a rise of $33 million in that earlier period.
Pakistan’s total liquid foreign reserves amounted to $26.86 billion on October 30, while commercial banks held net reserves of $5.30 billion. The reported national total therefore includes both the SBP’s holdings and reserves kept by commercial banks. The figures provide a weekly snapshot of foreign exchange reserves across the central bank and commercial banking sector, rather than an announcement about a listed company.
