Mettis Global • • 1 min read

LSE Capital Limited, listed on the PSX as LSECL, has been picked as financial adviser and IPO manager for Cordoba Financial Services Limited (CFSL). The mandate is being handled jointly with Topline Securities and Growth Securities, according to Mettis Global. Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited holds a majority stake in CFSL and is listed on the PSX under the ticker CLVL.
The arrangement provides for an additional 10% of CFSL shares to reach the market. Of that tranche, 75% will be placed through book-building, while the remaining 25% goes to a public offer. The information reached the market through a notification filed with the Exchange on August 31, 2026. The offer structure therefore gives investors two channels, one through book-building and the other through a public offer.
