In Abbottabad, the new schedule sets land values for residential and commercial plots in 25 locations, replacing the previous schedule issued in 2024. Commercial plots in several central bazaars and roads carry the highest listed rate, Rs5.8 million per marla, while residential plots there are valued at Rs1.25 million per marla.
Rates vary by locality: for example, commercial plots in Abbottabad Bazar are valued at Rs4.4 million per marla, while Jinnahabad residential plots are set at Rs1.5 million per marla. The FBR has also set building-value additions by age, from Rs2,000 per square foot for structures up to five years old to Rs500 for those older than ten years. In rural Islamabad, valuations will follow the latest rates issued by the district collector, replacing the earlier method specified in the amended order.
