ABHI Microfinance Bank’s share sale drew bids worth 1.6 times the book-building allocation, with bidding ending on November 06, 2026, at Rs15.50 per share. Mettis Global, citing Topline Securities, reported that the exercise raised Rs2.05bn; Topline is acting as joint lead consultant for the offering.
The bank describes itself as Pakistan’s first fintech-led microfinance bank and acknowledged support from overseas funds, domestic institutions and high-net-worth individuals, without providing separate demand figures for those groups. Attention now turns to the retail stage, scheduled for November 12-13, 2026, when 25% of the issue is set aside for the general public. This next phase follows demand in book building that exceeded the amount available in that part of the offering.
