Business Recorder reported that the company disclosed the plan in a filing to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Thursday, following approval by its board.
The company says the venture will focus on affordable, compact vehicles for mass-market buyers rather than premium customers. It has not shared the planned investment amount, while possible local assembly and related activities are described as future options.
